Nice evening tour down the river. Lots of great sights to see. Meal and drink options delivered to your table and you can order from your table. Get there early for a good window seat. Audio guide in many languages and map we used for other portions of the trip.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The hospitality is atrocious, I’m sure anyone can get better customer service anywhere else. Just a horrible experience, which was a shame as otherwise Prague was amazing.

Poor communication

No guide or tour personnel evr showed up at the meeting point. By the time we got to the boat we were last to board and had to take an awful seat down below and we’re not able to see very much. Again Viator disappoints

No cruise ship, no contact, no refund

There was no cruise ship when we got to meeting point. Viator does not have any customer service contact. I have done several tours with Viator which were very good, but this lack of being able to request a refund for a tour that did not exist will make it that I never book another one. Customer service and customer contact is vital. They owe me a refund, but I can't contact them

A lovely experience however it did feel very rushed, the audio alongside the tour was really lacking and you’d expect the boat to go a little further down the river! Definitely worth doing but maybe look at other operators as well if you want a more in depth tour.

Beautiful Prague from the river

Clean and comfortable boat. I wish we would have been told about using the QR code in the menu to access the guide. We were 15 minutes into the trip before we figured it out. Other tables the same. The choice of snacks could have been better. But we enjoyed the excursion.

Disappointing as no commentary

Staff on the, boat made no effort to tell us anything about what we were seeing. The boat itself was, clean and comfortable and staff were courteous but there, was, no commentary at all.

There were 5 minutes where the view of Charles bridge was amazing. The rest of the 45 minutes ( not one hour) were meh.

Cruise seemed short (although I think it was the advertised length of time). Nice to sit and see the city from the river but not very informative - the audio guide was only available on your phone via QR code and sign in was too complicated to deal with. Drinks and service were good.
