The whole experience was just odd. No one showed up until the time the cruise started and you had to walk through 2 big nice boats to get to a small glass enclosed boat. The cruise itself was very slow and sleepy - you got a 2 sentence explanation of the sights with little engagement/enthusiasm from the guide. While it was nice to have a heated boat (very hot!), the visuals and photos were obscured by the glare of the windows on the boat. Seemed like the less expensive option at the dock next door was more lively and popular.

Tour was OK, up and down a small section of the river. The guide was not very engaging and switched back and forth between Czech and English. Got some nice pictures of Charles Bridge but got abit bored overall.

Not the most informative cruise, very relaxing and romantic if you go around or after 6pm. (I dozed off a few times) This is very much a cruise the river and take in the sites type of excursion. If you’re looking for a tour packed with facts and lots of historical information this isn’t the cruise for you. Location was easy to find and the company offers other cruises too!

I was excited to see the canal and the description made it sound like it was the main portion of the tour, however, it was very minimal and the rest of the time we spent going up and back a very small portion of the river. It was pretty disappointing.

Couldn’t couldn’t find the dock. Made it to the Dvorak Embankment and it was blocked off on both sides of the check bridge. Saw no boats at all, so I never made it. Walked around in the rain for 30 minutes, trying to find a way down to Embankment.

We have been here for a week now and have been on several different tours. To be honest, the “devil’s channel” itself was a little disappointing, but the knowledge of our boat operator was outstanding. I learned so much more beyond what I did on other tours. Exceptional. I highly recommend this affordable and informative short tour. Tip your boat operator - we certainly did!

I absolutely enjoyed this cute little boat trip. The evening time was perfect to see all the lights. We spent a lot of time on the main river around Charles Bridge to take photos and then entered the little canal. The captain was perfect and explained a lot of the sights with little funny anecdotes and made us laugh. A really great experience overall!

Unprofessional, poorly planned tour

This was the worst travel experience we’ve ever had. The meeting location was so generic that despite 90 minutes of searching, asking train station employees, other tour guides, policeman, and the train station information booth, no one could tell us where to go. I messaged the tour operator and asked where the meeting location was and told them that I did not have a phone where I could be reached, however, they could message me. They responded after the tour had left and told me that they had tried to call me. We didn’t get to go on the tour and our trip was not refunded. If you have a tour company, you should be professional enough to provide a specific meeting location. We were in Europe for a month and participated in approximately 20 tours - this was the only one where we could not locate the meeting site.
