Hello Kinshil! Since I only communicated with your travel agent and not you, let me explain what happened. Your TA at 3pm on Monday booked a tour for 6pm on the same day, so really short notice. I told her that unfortunately I had another booking and offered her that you would start at 4pm, to which she agreed. I sent a car to Rasinovo Nabrezi 71, the address she told me. A few minutes later she called me that you are actually in hotel Grandium. So I redirected the driver to Grandium. When he arrived, nobody was there. Then your TA called me that you are actually out in town and if we could do the tour at 6pm. I already told her I am booked for that time, so I cancelled the driver whom I had to pay on my expense. Then I spent the next hour trying to find another boat for your TA that would be available at 6pm, but they were all booked because it was such a last notice. Then we gave you a 100% refund. And now I am reading your review which in my opinion is unfair and it would be nice of you if you took it down, I really tried my best to accommodate you. I cannot block out all the times as I sell different tours on different platforms (my website, gyg, hotels) and it is impossible to block out the times everywhere so if there is a double booking I always try my best to accommodate everyone by moving the times but sometimes its not possible. If there is anyone to blame, it is your TA who booked your birthday boat ride on a 3 hour notice. All the best, Patrik
